How do you know if a usb drive is high speed or not when shopping online?

Im shopping online trying to find a new 8gb Flash drive and I hate getting usb drives with slow transfer speeds. And if I’m at walmart i can just look on the pack and it says usb high speed or just usb 2.0, but doesn’t seem to be the case online. any help?
